The tasting menu includes:

Thai rolled ice cream has hit the Minneapolis scene hard this summer and we've partnered up with LouLou Sweet & Savory in Uptown, Minneapolis to create a unique experience just for you!

Join us for a Sip & Roll where you get to create and roll your own ice cream with the help from the wonderful crew at LouLou, all while sipping on some refreshing nitro cold brew. Then, show off your creation in our fabulous photo booth. Wait, there's more! You will also be one of the first customers to try out their Snow Ice Cream!

Drew grew up on the East coast where his love of beer and gin took precedence over any interest in wine. It took him coming to the Midwest – Chicago to be exact, to spark an interest in wine. That interest turned into a hobby and has now become Drew’s livelihood for the past two decades. With roles in all areas of the wine industry from supply to distribution to now retail and education, Drew fully understands the business of wine. A history major in college, Drew loves not only wine the beverage, but also the story that goes behind each region and producer.

Did you know?

The Hasty Tasty houses a red smoker in the kitchen called "The Clifford" that can hold up to 1000 lbs of meat and veggies! The restaurant opened in November 2017, and each design element on the walls of the restaurant tell a story from the owner's upbringing.

Inspired by the legacy of Herb Brooks, and nestled in the history of the Minnesota Club, Herbie’s On The Park is a quintessential social house with a sense of camaraderie, intrigue and a nod to the playful.

We will begin our evening in the main dining room at Herbie's on the Park. The intimate dinner consists of an off-menu 5-course meal created by Executive Chef, Timothy Kovacs, along with a mixed variety of 5 paired alcoholic beverages.

Did you know?

Chef Tim comes to Herbie’s On The Park with more than 16 years of culinary experience. A native to Michigan, Tim was inspired at an early age by his parents, who owned and operated a restaurant where Tim learned to cook under his mother’s guidance. Tim began his culinary career in Petoskey, Michigan. He graduated from Grand Rapids Community College, then moved on to attend the Culinary Institute of America Greystone in St. Helena, California. He also earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Michigan State University. Upon graduating, Tim traveled to Spain, where he focused on authentic Spanish dishes and other traditional specialties.

After moving to the Twin Cities in 2000, Tim put his culinary skills to work at Aquavit and St. Paul Hotel before becoming the executive chef at Basil’s Restaurant and the Marquette Hotel in downtown Minneapolis. Tim was also the executive chef of the Lifework’s Restaurant Group at 3M and led their health and wellness program. Tim’s passion for connecting others through food shines through in the upscale Americana fare guests will experience at Herbie’s. Tim and his wife Julie live in St. Paul with their three children and one massive home garden.

We then move inside for a true Greek feast! Saganaki flaming cheese, spanikopita, Greek Village Salad, lamb paidakia, and chicken and pork kabobs await you in It's Greek to Me's authentic space.
