Executive Chef Jim Kyndberg creates inventive five course tea-infused menu
MINNEAPOLIS (January 8, 2015) – FireLake Grill House & Cocktail Bar Minneapolis Downtown
(31 S 7th St) invites diners to warm up this winter with an exclusive tea-infused Rishi Tea Dinner event on January 28, 2015 at 6 p.m. in partnership with Rishi Tea. Executive Chef Jim Kyndberg has created an innovative five course menu featuring Rishi Tea. Each course incorporates a different tea variety showcasing the delicate balance of flavors between ingredients.
For a truly memorable and interactive experience, guests will be guided through the dinner with an introduction to each course by Executive Chef Kyndberg and Jessica Conley, Rishi Tea. Guests will learn about the inspiration for each course as well as the history of each tea variety used.
Rishi Tea, based in Milwaukee, uses organic practices and has 100% traceability. Master tea blenders have studied the tradition and craftsmanship of the handmade process from start to finish that is used today.
