Showcasing a sneak peek at FireLake’s new spring menu, Executive Chef Jim Kyndberg creates a perfectly plated five course menu featuring items such as FireLake Fritto Misto combining walleye, rock shrimp and scallops, and the Bison Bone Marrow served with toast, ox tail ragu, rye crumble, and fennel parsley salad.
